Nipen Shah is a commercial and technical leader in the global energy transition space, with deep expertise in critical minerals, battery materials, and sustainable industrial processes. As Global Sales Director at JordProxa, he spearheads strategic growth and partnerships across international markets, delivering advanced solutions in crystallisation, evaporation, and water treatment technologies.

With a background in chemical engineering and a Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, Nipen blends R&D experience with business strategy to lead transformative projects in lithium, nickel, and other battery-related supply chains. His leadership has been instrumental in key global collaborations, including projects with Rio Tinto and Vulcan Energy, supporting decarbonisation and supply chain resilience.
